Tom Hodnefield specializes in
audit, taxation, reporting and advisory services for
not-for-profits and local government. He
leads the firm's not-for-profit service area including
auditing, tax, accounting and advisory services.
Tom has presented on a variety of
topics regarding governmental and not-for-profit issues.
He has been a national reviewer of the Government
Finance Officers Association’s Certificate of
Achievement in Financial Reporting program and has
served as a committee member for both the Minnesota
Society of Certified Public Accountants governmental and
not-for-profit committees.
Tom is a graduate of
Gustavus
Adolphus
College
in
St. Peter
,
Minn.
, and is the co-chair of the
Gustavus
Adolphus
College
audit committee. He
was a founding board member of the White Bear Lake Area
Educational Foundation and served as treasurer from 1994
to 2001. Tom
also is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified
Public Accountants and the Minnesota Government Finance
Officers Association.
