At HLB Tautges Redpath, Ltd. employees own the company. We are the first Minnesota public accounting firm to offer a wholly owned employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). This unique ownership structure empowers staff to make a difference. After one year of employment, every employee (subject to 1,000 hours worked minimum) becomes eligible for the firm’s ESOP. With proactive and visionary management, the firm has created a unique solution to ownership and other issues which benefit the firm, its employees and its clients.
