Airline Ticket Taxes Reinstated

We recently sent an email stating the law authorizing airline ticket taxes expired on July 22, 2011. As of Aug. 5, Congressional action retroactively reinstated the ticket taxes meaning passengers are not eligible for a refund for tickets purchased on or before July 22 for travel beginning on or after July 23.
