Paul Longsdorf works extensively with closely held businesses in the areas of construction, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, as well as corporate, partnership and individual tax planning and consulting on both national and international levels.
Paul graduated from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He has taken selective tax courses at the University of Minnesota in its Masters in Business Taxation program. Before joining HLB Tautges Redpath, Paul gained broad experience working with small business clients in a variety of industries.
Paul is Vice President of the Twin Cities Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, on the Board of Directors of the American Subcontractors Association and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, the Associated Building Contractors, Minnesota Surety Association, St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association, Wisconsin Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders.
Paul lives in Forest Lake with his wife Carol and has seven children. He and his family hit the ski slopes as much as possible and enjoy spending time at the family cabin in Lutsen.
